Stanley vs Other Tumblers: Which One Is Worth Buying?
The brand Stanley as we know is at the center of a Tumblr Obsession these days but do you really need to Shell out Stanley prices to keep your drink cold.
DNDShop.in is putting tumblers to the test so you don't waste your money.
This year the Stanley tumbler is all the rage but as we get into the warmest months of the year we're putting the Stanley to the test along with some other designer cups and a much cheaper option.
For around $45 Stanley claims the famous 40 o quencher will keep drinks cold for 11 hours and up to 48 Hours ice.
But if you're thinking a Tumblr isn't worth spending that much money on DNDShop.in tested a $15 alternative a 40 o Ozark Trail tumbler from Walmart similar to Stanley but lighter according to editor Shay Simmons just barely just by like 2 O.
We wanted to find out which cup keeps drinks cooler longer.
For our experiment we added two more Brands a 40 o Hydro Flask about $40 and a 35 o Yeti $42.
We're going to put an equal amount of ice in each one.
Then we put them out in the sun for 2 hours.
Fast forward to the next morning only one tumbler had a trace of ice left.
Stanley has one little piece of ice in it.
Then to duplicate a typical day now we're going to take them on a car ride.
After a half hour drive and another hour in a parking lot it was time to check temperatures.
Twenty four hours later the winner with the coldest temperature the Stanley 37°.
But the big surprise the Ozark Trail from Walmart 44° second place.
Ozark's $15 cup beat out the other two well-known Brands.
Now if you haven't been hooked by the Stanley Trend Simmons says you don't have to overspend.
I think a Wala is a great alternative.
Simple modern also makes a $20 alternative that great comes in multiple colors.
But dedicated Stanley fans can feel good knowing their cup was the winner.
And you don't waste your money.
